What is a domain name?
A domain name is a specific web site address that you choose and register with Nominet (the official registrar of domain names ending in .co.uk, .edu, and .gov). Our domain name is "splitgraphicsweb.co.uk".
It's important for you the client to always register the domain in your name.
I am currently hosted with AnotherCompany.co.uk and would like to switch over to Split Graphics Web. How do I do this?
You can contact us here and we will take care of everything. We will transfer your domain name along with all of your existing web sites content.

How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule. Watch your server traffic logs for visiting spiders.
